Outdoor Family Fun in Yankton on June 11

Where can families practice kayaking, fishing, and water safety?  Or learn how pioneers made butter, played outdoor games, and roped horses?

From 10:00 to 1:00 on Saturday, June 11, families are invited to the training dike on Lake Yankton and to the nearby Lewis and Clark’s Pierson Ranch to try out these, and many more, outdoor activities.

Activities are free.  There is an $8 per car fee for a park sticker at Lewis and Clark’s Pierson Ranch. The fee for the first 100 cars will be waived, courtesy of Friends of the Missouri National Recreational River.
